The Youth Pastor’s and Youth Leader’s Institute is a program that has been developed and sanctioned through Jeffery A.J. Johnson Ministries, Incorporated. The Youth Pastor’s and Youth Leader’s Institute is a program that has been designed in a college style format to train quality leaders who work with our youth on a daily and weekly schedule. This program includes;

a structured syllabus for each course, text books, exams, interactive group learning modules and practicums.

It is the first of its kind in this area that is geared to train church and religious not for profit youth pastors and leaders. We are presently living in a culture and time when our youth are being murdered, incarcerated, and neglected by their families and this society. This program is geared to train persons who have a burden and passion of reaching this generation. This program will give the leader the skills required and needed to relate to their youth through practical knowledge, interpersonal communication skills, compassion, and through; the eyes of God Jeffery Johnson has proven himself as a quality leader who has the ability to lead among leaders.

Jeffery Johnson hold a bachelor’s in church ministry, a Master’s of Theology, and a Doctorate of Divinity Degrees. He has worked with Student Leadership University, The Chick-Fil-A camp of leadership, and churches globally. He is the former state youth president for the Church of God and is presently the Pastor of Ministries for 34th Street Church of God.
